Ezio Trinchero is coming to Amsterdam

Join us for an evening with Ezio Trinchero and a journey through the wines of his family estate in Agliano Terme, in the heart of Asti.

The Trinchero family has been making wine here for generations, since 1925, with Barbera at the centre of their work. But there is much more to discover. Alongside their beautifully aged and remarkably complex Barberas, Ezio makes expressive orange wines from Malvasia Aromatica di Candia, Arneis and Chardonnay, as well as wines from local red varieties such as Nebbiolo, Freisa and Grignolino.

During the masterclass, Ezio will personally guide us through his vineyards, the history of the estate and the ideas behind his wines. We will taste a selection of bottles together, exploring different grapes, styles and vintages — from the deep and age-worthy Barberas to the vibrant, textured orange wines.

It will be an opportunity to discover a very personal side of Piedmont, through the eyes and wines of the person who makes them.
