Pantagruelica is a collaboration event between Altra Terra, who is bringing to Amsterdam a cheese maker and a producer of cured meats from Lazio, and several restaurants that will prepare a menu ad-hoc using the products from this 2 producers. Every chef will use the same products in their own way, creating unique plates in their style.

We are preparing a special wine list with wines from Lazio to accompany the menus for the 3rd at FC Hyena and for the 5th at Restaurant Domenica.
